Specialties
Nurturing Presence Psychology supports clients navigating trauma, anxiety, relational distress, family-of-origin wounds, workplace stress, and patterns that make it difficult to feel safe, connected, or grounded.
Therapy with Dr. Lo is grounded in warmth, attunement, cultural sensitivity, and respect for each client’s story and inner resources.
Attachment-informed EMDR
I offer EMDR through the lens of a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, integrating trauma treatment with careful assessment, diagnosis, emotional regulation, internal resourcing, attachment patterns, and family-of-origin work.
My approach is flexible and individual-focused. EMDR is paced thoughtfully, with attention to safety, readiness, and the deeper psychological patterns that may shape your symptoms, relationships, and stress responses.
