At Nurturing Presence Psychology, therapy begins with a safe, nonjudgmental relationship. Dr. Mabel Lo offers a nurturing presence where you can explore emotional pain, traumatic experiences, relational distress, anxiety, and workplace stress with compassion and care.
Through attachment-informed, trauma-sensitive therapy, you are supported in developing self-awareness, self-compassion, emotional regulation, and a deeper connection with yourself and others.
Dr. Lo provides in-person and telehealth services in Delaware and Pennsylvania and telehealth services in Iowa. She also holds an Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) through the PSYPACT Commission, allowing her to provide telepsychology to eligible clients in participating PSYPACT jurisdictions.

Meet Dr. Mabel Lo, PsyD, LP
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Iowa with over 10 years of clinical experience. I provide therapy with warmth, attunement, and respect for each client’s dignity, story, and inner resources.
My clinical work is informed by attachment theory, trauma-informed care, EMDR, CBT, DBT, family systems, and multicultural counseling. I also bring prior corporate human resources experience, which helps me understand workplace stress, organizational dynamics, and professional identity concerns.
I also provide telepsychology to eligible clients in participating PSYPACT jurisdictions through my Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT), granted by the PSYPACT Commission.

Fees & Insurance
Self-pay rate: $195 per 50-minute session. Superbills are available for out-of-network clients. Dr. Mabel Lo is an in-network provider with Aetna, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Carelon Behavioral Health.
